Join us for updates and the opportunity to ‘talk story’. This is an opportunity to discuss concerns and ideas related to the electrification of transportation in Hawaii. This month’s session focuses on 2 emergent strategies that are serving to expand EV adoption through unconventional ownership strategies.
Envoy is a new company that aims to provide EVs as an amenity to condos, hotels, and related entities. The concept allows condo occupants and hotel guests to utilize the vehicles in a metered manner (the user or host pays for the duration of the usage). Andy Huang of Envoy will be sharing details of their service concept.
Sustainability Partners is working with our State to deliver EVs and charging infrastructure. They began delivery of EVs in April. Benson Medina of Sustainability Partners will be providing an update on their progress and sharing how this strategy is helping Hawaii achieve its decarbonization goals.
This event is happening on Saturday, July 31, 10:00 AM-11:00 AM HST.
