Jennifer (Jenn) Lieu - Director
Jenn leads Hawaii EV’s marketing and community outreach efforts. She is the Director of Development at the University of Hawai‘i's Shidler College of Business, responsible for identifying, engaging, and soliciting prospective donors for major and leadership gifts to advance the Dean's vision. She is also a volunteer for Protect and Preserve, contributing to efforts to support and promote sustainable practices in the community, furthering her commitment to both education and environmental conservation.

Nanette Vinton - Treasurer
Nanette is a long-time EV owner and solar energy user. She is the Founder and President of the Tesla Hawaii Club, which was established in 2013 and is part of the global Tesla Owners Club program. While her career path stems from the commercial real estate industry, her experience with the Tesla Hawaii community has led her to an increased awareness and passion for promoting sustainable transportation throughout the state.

Michael Albatrosov - Director
Michael graduated from the University of Arizona with a master’s degree in business administration. He is passionate about serving his community by raising mental health awareness as the Vice President on the board of The Friendship House Kauai. Michael is a Comparion Insurance agent and a Turo host. He loves to promote the benefits of EVs to his clients. Michael leads the Kauai EV team.

Noel Morin - President
Noel is a climate action advocate and a supporter of sustainable transportation and renewable energy. He wears a number of hats, all related to climate action and resiliency. He is also the Big Island EV Association and Tesla Hawaii Club leader. Noel powers his home and electric vehicles with solar energy. He's been driving electric since 2011. Rob Weltman - Director
Rob is a retired software engineer living in South Maui. He is the founder of the Maui Nui EV Association and a board member of Maui's Climate Action Advisory Committee and the Kihei Community Association, as well as a long-time activist for renewable energy in Hawai‘i on behalf of Sierra Club.

Tam Hunt - Director
Tam Hunt leads Hawaii EV’s policy lead. He is a renewable energy lawyer based near Hilo. He graduated from UCLA School of Law in 2001 and has devoted his career exclusively to green energy. He has worked for various nonprofit and private clients in California and other states. Since moving to Hawaii full-time in 2016, he has devoted significant pro bono and volunteer hours to help make the Big Island greener and more resilient. He is an avid runner and tennis player. Tam is also a founder of Think BIG.
