National Drive Electric Week in Hilo will be held at the Prince Kuhio Plaza (111 E Puainako St, Hilo) on September 24, 10 AM – 2 PM HST.
The event promises to be our biggest event yet. Thanks to our sponsors, EV dealers, and several local businesses and non-profits, the event will include abundant opportunities to learn about clean transportation, renewable energy, climate, and more.
The fair will feature representatives from several organizations. They will share information related to electric vehicles, clean energy, sustainability, STEM, and climate action.
The Latest EVs
Local car dealers and EV owners will display the latest EVs, including the BMW i4 M50, Ford Mach-e, Kia EV6, and Kia Niro, Nissan LEAF, Hyundai Kona, Tesla Model S, Model 3, Model X, and Model Y, Toyota bZ4X, and electric bikes.
Fun, Learning, Prizes
There will be fun activities for the public, including a chance to win valuable prizes like an electric bike from EZ-Bikes, a one-day Tesla rental from Aiona U-RENT A CAR, and a mini-drone from NexTech Hawaii.
