NDEW 2024 with Maui Nui EV
Our October 5 event was held at the University of Hawaii Maui Campus. It brought EV enthusiasts, community members, and climate advocacy groups together to celebrate clean transportation. The event attracted people eager to learn more about the benefits of electric vehicles on Maui.
The event featured a selection of electric vehicles, from popular models to unique ones that aren’t often seen. The Ford E-1 Transit was an unexpected highlight, sparking interest among attendees looking at EV options for larger, utility-focused needs. The Rivian R1T was a crowd favorite. We also handed out fact sheets about current EV models, providing visitors with valuable information on prices, ranges, and features.
We’re thrilled to welcome 11 new members to Maui Nui EV. They will be an excellent addition to our community of clean transportation advocates.
We extend our mahalo to all who attended, our new members, community partners, and the University of Hawaii Maui Campus for their support and commitment to a sustainable future.
