A public debate regarding the merits of fuel-cell electric vehicles (FCEVs) continues to brew despite the obvious advantages of battery-electric vehicles (BEVs). Many comparisons have been made, including cost and lifetime emissions. We recently were invited to join Think Tech Hawaii's Jay Fidel to discuss the matter and it allowed us to further expound on the matter.

Diesel Replacement Rebates Offered by the Hawaii State Energy Office
The Hawaii State Energy Office, in partnership with the Hawaii Department of Health, has created the Diesel Replacement Rebate Program, which offers a 45% rebate to cover the cost to replace medium and heavy-duty vehicles with an electric equivalent.
